This 1970s rancher had slowly been updated over the years. The bathrooms were the only remaining spaces needing renovation. The dark wood cabinets were replaced with taller white cabinets using open shelves to give the bathroom a more spacious feel. Marble countertops with new sinks were installed. The mirror and lighting were updated. The new tile floor was selected to coordinate with the shower tile that had been redone a few years before but was no longer available. The toilet was replaced and new matching oil rubbed bronze hardware was installed throughout. This bathroom was previously used by children. The space was redesigned as a guest bathroom to be used by adults. Phase 2 of the renovation includes the master bath renovation with similar finishes and a private entry to the deck overlooking a wooded area.
