Parkridge Victorian Restoration

This 100 year old home in the historic Parkridge neighborhood was without a floor inside due to termite damage. The interior was completely redone to become a habitable two bedroom and two bath cottage. Historic touches like the fireplace and windows were preserved. The front porch was replaced with a more compatible version to the house’s heritage and met historic zoning requirements.
